Cultivation equipment manufacturer Gregoire Besson and seeding and fertilisation equipment manufacturer Sulky Burel have restructured their UK subsidiaries to work as one team, from shared premises in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Gregoire Besson’s Patrick Besson and Sulky Burel’s Julien Burel have agreed to collaborate on the sales, marketing and customer service of Gregoire Besson, Sulky Burel and Rabe products in the UK market to improve efficiencies and strengthen the existing relationship between the two family-owned French companies.
The two companies have shared several functions since Sulky Burel launched its UK subsidiary in November 2015, including a sales team, co-located office space and a parts distribution centre in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
The new collaboration agreement brings further efficiencies, including a single head office in Bourne, for the UK subsidiaries of Gregoire Besson, Sulky Burel and Rabe, managed by Ailsa Walker.
Mrs Walker says: “The enhanced collaboration between these three long-standing brands enables us to better share our skills and provide excellent customer service. We will continue to invest to support our future growth ambitions.
“Office and accounts administration, technical services, and parts are now combined in one team, while our shared regional sales team is unchanged. Sales staff will continue to work closely with all Gregoire Besson, Sulky Burel and Rabe dealers across the UK.”
Each brand retains its own contact details including landline telephone numbers and email addresses: Gregoire Besson (01778 423787) Sulky Burel (01778 230020).
