Bobcat has added a range of new features to its L75 and L85 wheel loaders, offering the same advanced features as their premium L95.
These include the Power Bob-Tach as a factory option on the L85, providing an attachment connection for jobs where connecting to multiple Bob-Tach compliant attachments is more important than the maximum capacity of load.
The cab seats on both models now offers a higher backrest with a headrest and an air suspension set-up, lockable floating and left-hand adjustable armrest. The seat also now includes a sensor to indicate operator presence and to enhance safety.
The new flex-drive feature allows the operator to change the engine’s RPM by manual throttle (independently from the foot throttle) at any time, meaning there is also auto-idle functionality when the machine is not in use for four seconds to reduce fuel consumption.
Improved automatic ride control as a factory option means that automatically-activated loader boom suspension improves operator comfort and helps protect transported material from spillage when driving with a bucket or pallet forks.
There is also more stability while moving up and down, and display logic has been updated to indicate ride control activation-inactivation status.
An industry-unique feature adapted from other Bobcat loaders brings a 100 l/min flow to run high-flow attachments like snow blowers and planers.
To further improve performance, Bobcat has increased the pressure from 200 to 225 bar which has also reduced the time for automatic derate by 50%, set to protect hydraulic components when the machine is cold.
The standard configuration of the machines has now improved, with a better forward-reverse response time, improved lift and tilt multi-functionality and access to new software.
