SFI record platform launched

All Set Ag has launched its new platform, specifically built for English farmers to keep records of their SFI actions.

According to the company, the All Set platform is a quick and easy way for growers and landowners who have signed up to SFI to evidence their actions. Pre-populated with the current SFI actions, users simply need to enter the details of their agreement and fields into the platform, and are then able to record evidence (as notes, photographs, or uploaded documents) whether out in the field or back in the office.

With SFI record keeping a potential burden and field record systems not ideally suited to keeping other types of records due to the large number of parcels involved with stewardship schemes, All Set suggest it will create a simple and accessible platform that lets users keep records with the minimum of set-up or maintenance.

All Set allows users to create records against one or multiple locations at a time. Users may enter a manual diary note; upload one or more photographs of their evidence; or upload additional documents to their records. Examples of this use would be a nutrient management plan, a seed purchase invoice, or perhaps a whole field record from their FMIS.

Users may add as many agreements as they require under one account. Once entered, records may be viewed at the field level (all observations recorded against any of the actions that field has on it) or at action level (all observations recorded against any of the fields that are entered into a specific option).

The platform is currently programmed for the English SFI scheme. However, the intention is to expand to cover AECS and the Habitat Wales Scheme with customer demand.
