Inarix is looking for growers to trial its new grain-sensing technology, PocketLab.
Using a phone, growers can capture grain sample pictures, which is transformed into meaningful quality measurements using artificial intelligence-based technology.
Analysed results are then displayed in an easy-to-understand format on the phone and a web app for historical tracking and trend analysis. Images can be taken at any point along the supply chain journey, from harvest to arrival at storage, or any point in between. Powerful neural networks compare the sample taken to an extensive grain database. “It’s a laboratory in your pocket,” says marketing manager Maxime Chevalier. “It is very easy to use and users get results back very quickly.” Those interested in trialling the system can email maxime.chevalier@inarix.com
