Peter Stacey, Bayer CropScience’s Molluscicide Product Manager says that whilst final sales of methiocarb were 18th September last year, some stocks may still be on farm.
He advises all growers to check their chemical stores and ensure that they have either used up all methiocarb slug control products or that they plan to do so before 19th September 2015. After that date it will be illegal to hold any stocks.
