Pick the best Septoria fungicide this spring and you could win a free Polaris Ranger thanks to an offer from leading crop protection manufacturer Bayer Crop Science.
Every can of its new fungicide Ascra Xpro (prothioconazole + bixafen + fluopyram) contains a peel back sticker with a unique entry code. To enter, farmers simply visit the Bayer website and input the code.
The diesel Polaris Ranger is a perfect fit for arable farms, whether for checking crops or applying slug pellets. It has a 680 Kg payload with on-demand true All-Wheel Drive, and safety features such as an engine braking system (EBC) with active descent control (ADC).
In 2016 Ascra came out top in AICC trials for T2 wheat flag leaf fungicides, as well as the respected AHDB Septoria fungicide performance trials, says Bayer’s Will Charlton. “We’re really excited about the step up in performance of Ascra, offering 0.3t/ha bigger yields than Adexar (epoxiconazole + fluxapyroxad) in 2016 trials. On top of this we’re delighted to offer the chance to win a Polaris Ranger for farmers who try Ascra this spring.”
The competition runs from April 1st until the close of the Cereals Event. To submit codes into the draw or for more information search Ascra online.
