Kuhn Farm Machinery will bring more than 20 machines to Cereals this year, including its new Tineliner and Rowliner range, introduced at Agritechnica. These offer growers an option to tackle weed burdens while minimising chemical use.
The Tineliner is available in working widths of 6m, 9m and 12m, constructed from 1.5m sections with 48 tines spread across six rows.
The Rowliner is also available in three models, with row widths between 500mm and 800mm. On the stand, visitors will be able to see the Tineliner 12m version, and a 5m Rowliner with six rows spaced at 750mm, as well as the Rowlink camera guidance and section control system.
Edd Fanshawe, arable and connected services product specialist, said: “Our stand represents the breadth of our product range and how we are a full line implement manufacturer catering for a comprehensive range of arable requirements. Our expertise in the arable sector, and the addition of the mechanical weeding range, completes our crop care options.”
The company will also showcase its Metris 2 trailed sprayer and the new Aero 32.1 24m mounted boom fertiliser spreader in the demonstration arena. The Aero is said to offer greater levels of accuracy and reduce environmental losses on field edges, even when using a lower-quality fertiliser.
Kuhn’s range of drills will be on show, including a Megant 602 R, Maxima 3 TIL E eight-row precision drill, Espro 8000 and an HR 3004 with a Venta 320-40 combination drill unit, and users looking for balers will be able to assess the recently launched VB 3290 round baler, and the SB 1290iD Optifeed, which features the Twinpact plunger system.
