SECOBRA Research has appointed Tom Barker as UK product manager.
Mr Barker has worked in agriculture for the past 17 years, as cereals and pulses product manager for a major plant breeder and in grain procurement for an International grain merchant.
The focus of Mr Barker’s newly created role will be to develop the pipeline of spring barley and winter wheat varieties working closely with the UK breeding teams and liaising with growers, merchants, distributors and end users.
