Case IH is to update its Farmall C range for 2025. From next year all models will be fitted with the ActiveDrive 2 (Hi-Lo) transmission, offering 24 speeds.
Additional updates include an increased hydraulic capacity of 82 litres/min, providing faster loading cycles. When combined with the ActiveClutch system, enabling the tractor to be brought to a halt without the clutch, the company states that it is ideal for loader applications.
The exhaust has been repositioned to provide greater visibility from the six pillar cabin and to improve operator comfort, a new cab suspension system has been added to the options list.
A new LED light package has been fitted as standard, providing a clear view even when working into the night, and to match this, the diesel tank has been increased to 130 litres.
The new range is also smarter, with factory-fit telematics available as an option, providing geo-location, machine monitoring and wireless file transfer. With the Case IH Pro 1200 monitor and the VectorPro receiver, the Farmall C can also be specified with guidance.
When making headland turns, the Auto PTO system engages and disengages the PTO without operator intervention. An automatic differential is also fitted, which disengages the front and rear differentials when the rear hitch is lifted.
Completing the new range is an increased gross vehicle weight of 7,000kg, and an upgraded 4.7t hitch capacity. The options list also includes an increased range of tyres, with boots up to 540/65 R38 available.
