Claydon Drills will use Cereals to showcase its Evolution Front Hopper and Evolution Drill Toolbar, alongside established products such as a 6m Hybrid T drill, a 9m straw harrow, a 4m TerraBlade inter-row hoe and a 6m TerraStar rotary cultivator.
The Front Hopper has a maximum capacity of 2,750 litres, split 45/55 with twin metering units to deliver either mixed or separated flows of seed and fertiliser to the rear drill.
It is ISOBUS compatible and comes with an ISOCAN terminal to control all functions, including variable rate seeding. A series of interchangeable metering wheels are available to adapt the hopper to a range of products.
Used in conjunction with the Front Hopper, the Drill Toolbar is available in 3m, 4m, 4.5m, 4.8m, 5m and 6m working widths and comes as standard with a single distribution head. As an option, a second distributor can be specified enabling fertiliser to be supplied to the front or rear tines.
