ADR UK Tyremart Ltd has announced the acquisition of The British Rubber Company (BRC) as part of its strategic expansion.
According to the company, the acquisition will bring together BRC’s portfolio of wheels and tyres with ADR’s knowledge of axle and suspension systems to unlock new opportunities and create unparalleled synergies within the industry.
Commenting on the acquisition, Pawel Tomczak, managing director of ADR UK Tyremart LTD, said: “We are thrilled to welcome BRC into the ADR family.
