Apollo Tyres will launch the Vredestein Traxion CropCare, its first VF (Very-High Flexion) sprayer tyre.
Sales will commence in the first quarter of 2025, with two sizes available, VF 380/90 R46 and VF 380/105 R50.
It features a steel-belted radial carcass, with a stabiliser ring in the central portion of the tread and a bead stabiliser. The combination of these is said to increase lateral stiffness by 30% when compared with competitive models.
The tyres feature a new iteration of the Vredestein Traxion tread design to deliver very high levels of durability and an even pattern of wear across the tread, ensuring the tyre will match other Vredestein Traxion products in offering best-in-class lifespan.
