Zocon BV has added a 15m model to its precision tined weeder range.
The objective was to achieve the maximum number of tines possible, hence the machine is equipped with 7 rows, providing 638, 7 mm tines, spaced at 2.2 cm. Tine adjustment can be set to 130 degrees.
With numerous adjustment options, the unit can be set up for gentle harrowing or to exert sufficient force to break the crust, making it suitable for most crops and all stages.
Tine pressure ranges from 100 grams to 5 Kg completed by adjusting the subframe with RVS plates which are mounted directly under the main frame. This RVS subframe ensures that the tine pressure is even at every working height, Despite the high number of tines, there is plenty of space in the machine due to the high ground clearance and the 7 rows of tines.
The harrow is available in working widths of 3, 9, 12, and 15 meters.
