De Sangosse, a European leader in molluscicides, micro-nutrients and spray enhancers based near Cambridge, has appointed Rob Suckling as commercial technical manager. He joins on Monday, 30th October.
As a commercial technical manager, Rob will be a first point of contact for distribution customers seeking technical information on De Sangosse’s range of adjuvants, nutrition and bio-stimulant products.
Rob joins De Sangosse from Dow AgroSciences where he fulfilled a similar role with responsibility for delivering robust and informative technical material to national distribution partners. He was also central to establishing the company’s trials and marketing strategy needed to support new products as they came to market.
De Sangosse managing director, David Cameron welcomed Rob’s appointment saying his combination of customer management and trials experience would be an asset to the company.
“Rob brings valued experience in key account management and a sound understanding of the trials protocols needed to support product registration applications. This will be to the benefit of the company and our customers as we develop more innovative solutions that promote the sustainability of farming.”
Prior to joining Dow AgroSciences Rob studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester after which he managed a family-owned farm for several years.
