HMRC experts will be on the National Association of Agricultural Contractors (NAAC) stand [Hall 17 Stand 17.740] between 11 – 12pm and 1.30 – 2.30pm on Tuesday 8th January to answer questions on red diesel use.
Treating each query in confidence, HMRC will be available to respond to specific business questions one-to-one on what constitutes legitimate agricultural use of the fuel.
Commenting, Duncan Russell, NAAC Chief Executive said, ‘There are often concerns when it comes to fuel use, particularly in diverse businesses, and we are pleased that HMRC are keen to assist in making sure that everyone can get it right and stay road legal. We are encouraging members and non-members to visit the NAAC stand, bring along their questions and get the right answers.’
