Lemken has extended the range of its Juwel 7 M and MV plough by adding a six-furrow version that features a hydraulic UniTurn reversing mechanism with mechanical tilt adjustment. Its short rotation axle (120 mm diameter) ensures precise and safe reversing of the plough.
With a frame diameter of 120mm, the six-furrow Juwel is designed for medium-sized tractors with 100 to 200hp. Four working widths can be set, while the hydraulic MV version allows continuously variable adjustment. Pitch adjustment is achieved via a cap nut and stop on each side. Cap nut threads are protected against dirt to aid adjustment.
Dural bodies are standard while quick-release DuraMaxx plough bodies are optional. DuraMaxx slats and mouldboards are made of special wear-resistant steel without drill or punch holes – a LEMKEN innovation that delivers a 150% longer service life.
The Juwel 7 M is available with skimmers, which can be adjusted without tools, and various pendulum or Uni depth control wheels. Damper cylinders ensure smooth and precise transition of the depth wheel without the need of a control chain.
