Scotts Precision Manufacturing is aiming for growth in Ireland following the appointment of Quaile Machinery in Ireland to its dealer network.
Operating from its headquarters in Co Dublin, Quaile Machinery will be promoting Scotts’ full range of Trinity haulm toppers, Evolution separators, Microlift fully mounted windrowers, Windrower conversion kits and replacement wearing parts.
The Irish firm will also be offering servicing and will be the sole importer of Scotts’ spiral roller segments which are suitable for use on Grimme machines.
“We are very excited to be part of the Scotts Precision Manufacturing distribution network,” commented founder Kenny Quaile. “Scotts has a strong reputation for manufacturing high performance haulm toppers in the UK. We know they will be popular in Ireland and are looking forward to introducing our customers to the range.
Scotts’ managing director, Derek Scott, expressed his confidence that Irish demand for their toppers will mirror that of England and Scotland: “By having dealers in Scotland and the West of England, we’ve been able to meet the needs of growers who are not within easy travelling distance of our Lincolnshire factory. By working with Quaile Machinery, we are making it really easy for growers in Northern Ireland and Eire to not only to buy our toppers but receive ongoing after-sales support as well. We’re really excited about this partnership.”
