EasyPackAutomation is a family run business, based in West Sussex supplying specialist pelleting and packaging machinery to the agricultural sector.
Many Farmers sell their straw straight from the field or as winter barn stored bales to be used as cattle bedding elsewhere, not many know of the potential markets available for processed straw and the all needed extra income it can provide. There are many markets opening up for straw based products ranging from horse and small pet bedding through to biomass pellets for RHI boilers and garden mulches. Even Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants are realizing the potential hidden within straw; by adding straw pellets to a manure based AD system the yield of Biogas harvested is greatly increased. Furthermore, the same system used to pellet the straw can then be used to pellet the digestate, adding value while also making transportation more cost effective.
EasyPackAutomation also supply and install stationary balers, manual and automatic bagging machines, complete 1.5 – 3 t/h pelleting systems as well as straw processing and shredding systems for all types of agricultural residues such as; wheat straw, rape straw and miscanthus.
